Send us a text

Revival is breaking out across our churches and spreading through our county and beyond. We are witnessing souls being saved, people getting baptized, and God moving in extraordinary ways that signal we may be in the final days of the church age.

• The parable of the wedding feast in Matthew 22 perfectly describes our current moment in the church
• God is calling people from the "highways and hedges" to come to His table
• Many people have become desensitized to messages about Christ's return
• This revival is bringing healing and deliverance to people with various addictions and struggles
• God's invitation is extended to everyone regardless of their past
• The only requirement is accepting Jesus and asking Him into your heart
• We will be featuring testimonies from those who have experienced dramatic transformations

If you're in the local area and want to experience this revival, join us at Cawood Church of God. Revival services resume Wednesday and will continue as long as God leads. Email me or message through Facebook for directions. Don't miss what God is doing in these final days!

Speaker 1:

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God has not bestowed upon him the will to condemn the world or that the world of him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned, but he that believeth not is condemned already because he hath not believed in the name of the is not as condemned already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Speaker 2:

I thank God for everything that he has done. I'm in the studio today and I tell you what, though? These last few weeks have been phenomenal. God has opened heaven and poured out a tremendous blessing. You know, my pastor said something Sunday. He said I don't want to miss heaven, and I don't want to miss heaven here on earth, and I tell you, folks, these last few weeks, my church has been in revival and souls have been saved, baptized, and it's just astronomical on the souls that has come to the altar and gotten baptized. It's truly amazing what God is doing. You know, and since it's right before the revival, you know, lord had dropped in my spirit revival and I seen young people coming to the altar and I seen just not young people, but I've seen people of all ages, you know, pouring out their heart to God and and just just accepting him into their hearts and and God forgiving people of their sins and God just delivering them of their addictions. And you know, they're just everything, their flaws, everything about them. They just pour it out and just give it all to god. And god is god, is remarkable, he's how, how can you explain god in words when, when he just pours out of heaven, you know, and he just truly, I don't think there is words to explain what god is doing. It's just remarkable. I guess there is a word that would be it. It's amazing, amazing, how God is just moved, moved, moved, moved. I tell you what?

Speaker 2:

And since the revival started, god has placed this parable into my heart and it's the parable of the feast. You know, the King, you know, sends out his servant. You know, and I'll, I'll read it here in a minute and you can find it in Matthew uh, chapter 22, and it starts in verse one and uh, it, it, it's and and God has just dropped this into my spirit this is what he's doing and it's just not at the church that I attend in Cawood. It's just not our church, it's our brothers and sisters throughout our county and it's just not our county. It's going out throughout all the nations and revivals breaking out. I see an influx in the and God is just God's remarkable. I truly am amazed. I don't know how much to explain it, but you know, god is good and what God had brought in my spirit on this parable is, you know, and I'll go ahead and I'll read it. You know this might not be a long podcast and it don't have to be ahead and I'll read it.

Speaker 2:

You know this might not be a long podcast and it don't have to be, and um, but the kingdom of heaven is likened to a certain king which made a marriage for his son and he sent forth his servant to call them that were bidden to the wedding and they would not come again. He sent forth his servant saying tell them which are bidden. Behold, I have prepared a dinner. My oxen and my faddling are killed and all the things are ready. Come unto the marriage. But they made light of it and went their ways, one to his farm and another to his merchandise. And the raiment took his servant and entered spitefully and slew them. But when the king heard he was wroth, he was angry and he sent forth his army and destroyed those murderers and burned up their cities. Then, saith he to his servant the wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. Go ye, therefore, into the highways and, as many as ye shall find, bid them to the marriage.

Speaker 2:

So the servant went out into the highways and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good, and the wedding was furnished with guests. And when the king came into the sea, the guest he's. He saw there there was a man which had not the wedding garment and he saith unto him friend, how comest thou hither not having a wedding garment. And he, and he was speechless. And he said, the king to the servant, bind him hand and foot and take him and cast him into outer darkness. And there should be weeping and gnashing at the, for many are called but fewer but fewer chosen.

Speaker 2:

For many are called but few are chosen has really spoken this last year to me. God is reminding me just, over and over and over James, I have chosen you. I've called, everybody's called, but if you were chosen, what it means to be chosen is meaning you're willing to get down and do the things that they're not willing to do. But you know, and and I love that, I love that that last part of the uh of the parable, you know, in uh, verse 14, that it really does. I mean God has really opened doors. But what for me, and what I want to speak to you guys about? You know I was reading this last night before I went to bed and just kind of going over it, and, uh, and, and what come to mind. You know what the spirit of brought to me is.

Speaker 2:

This is where our church is today. This is where you know we, we, we get on YouTube, we get on rumble, whatever Twitch, twitter, whatever you want to call it, or any other podcast, and we hear about. You know this is, this is how the Lord's coming. There's, there's, there's, nothing else that needs to be done. Yada, yada, yada. And they, they, they prophesy and they try to give prophetic messages about the coming of the Lord, and it's all vain.

Speaker 2:

And, to be truthful about it, you know I scroll through Facebook and I see these people say, oh, the Lord gave me a word today. You know, this is what's happening. You know and I'm not saying all of them, because the Lord does give the word and he does he does put it in our lips, in our tongue, but I'm going to be truthful. I'm going to say 95 of them's not in it for that. A lot of them's just in it for likes and shares and downloads and and such. And I can honestly say I mean it. It's nice to have you know people's likes and it it's nice to have you know people's likes and and is. It is nice to have shares because it helps my podcast grow, but that's not what I'm in for. This is not what I'm doing this for.

Speaker 2:

And uh, this is probably the one thing. It's out of my comfort zone and uh, god has placed it in my heart to do it and he's placed the word of God in me to preach, minister, evangelist, whatever you want to call it, but God had placed it in my spirit. This is where the church is in the Bible right now, exactly where the church is. And what brought this on was we started revival. It started Sundayay and then, all of a sudden, the pastor gets up. He says we're going to have, you know, our sunday, or we're going to have a sunday night, and then sunday night went into monday, and then monday went into tuesday, and and so on, and then, you know, souls were coming to the uh, to the altar, and people were getting baptized daily. Salvation was happening daily. And then, um and uh, even you know, this past sunday, he's, you know, we took a two days off, um, congratulations to the, to the uh, to the young adults here in harlan county because they graduated, um, a lot of them went out of town and so he's took a couple days off, but we're starting the revival back back up wednesday night and uh, and, and you know, and he's, he's going to carry it on as long as the lord allows it to, and seeing, this is where we're at church.

Speaker 2:

This is what god is saying. He, you know he talks about, you know, a supper being prepared. You know we are his bride and he's coming for us, and and, and I fear that the majority of the church is not ready. They've heard this same message I'm coming, I'm coming in there. They're flip about it, you know they. They throw it off to the side and they're like, well, no, he's not coming, I'll be dead and gone before he does. Well, no, he's not coming, I'll be dead and gone before he does. Well, you know what? So what, we're to work and do his work, do his will, you know, and if it is another 20 years, another 30 years, then so be it. But we have to work for the kingdom of God. And I believe that's what he's doing to the church, because in our church there's an influx.

Speaker 2:

You know just the amount of addicts that's come to our church. You know dealing with drugs and alcohol and you know just you name it, any type of addiction it's in our church and just not the addictions is. You know it's people that deal with, you know, perversion, people that deal with pornography. People that deal with you know a lust perversion. People that deal with pornography, people that deal with you know a lustful eye, people that deal with greed. You know these, these, these are what. This is what's coming to the altar and this is what's laying their heart out on the altar and this is what they're crying out to God. And we're we're seeing just a major growth.

Speaker 2:

You know, in our church and, like I said, there's a few other churches in our county that revivals broke out there too and they're still going on. There's still people getting baptized, there's people still getting saved and and um, I really am, I'm I'm kind of lost for words because I feel there's going to be a lot of people that's going to miss out. And, like I told you, the pastor had said you know, in sunday service, you know, I don't want to miss out on heaven and I really don't want to miss out heaven on heaven here on earth, and it's the truth. I don't want either, and I'm getting to see that and I'm getting to see that growth, you know, in the army of god and you know it. And what I'm afraid of is that when you do miss out of it and he does do, when he does come back and he does call, he calls his bride home, it's, it's it. There's no more. There's no more calling to the Lord. He's going to pull his spirit from the earth and that's it.

Speaker 2:

I believe this is the last call and I the earth and that's it. I believe this is the last call and I believe it with my whole heart. I believe it until the Lord takes me away. I believe that the church is in its last leg. I believe we're in the last, final stage of the church and I'm telling you, folks, if you don't get your heart right with God, you don't cry out to him with fear and trembling, I mean, if you don't cry and pour everything out and say God, forgive me, just, you're not going to make it.

Speaker 2:

You're going to wake up and your and your and your grandmother's going to be gone. Your, your kids are going to be gone. Your neighbors are going to be gone. Your neighbors are going to be gone. You're going to walk into the church and there's not going to be nobody there. And if there is anybody there, they didn't make it either. That's the sad thing about it. There's going to be pastors that sit up in the pulpit. They're not going to make it. There's going to be singers and musicians that sit up there on the pulpit. They're not going to make it. We've got a short window right now. Folks, revival's breaking out. God's saying I'm doing it, this is it.

Speaker 2:

I felt the pull right before I got on the mic and I felt God just pouring in my heart, just talking to me and revealing things to me. And I felt it last night and I felt it the day before that and and I thank God for it he's prepared a mighty feast for his bride and he's telling you to come and eat. You won't have to be thirsty, no more. You don't have to be hungry, no more. I know what it's like to go hungry.

Speaker 2:

A little bit about myself, you know, growing up, you know and I'm not speaking ill of my parents or anything but there was a point in my life that you know we ate out of a dumpster. I'm not proud of it. It's not a thing to brag about. You know, as a kid I didn't think twice about it. But as I grow up, it's embarrassing. But that's what sin does, you know? And a lot of people think well, it's my own sin, it shouldn't affect anybody else, but it does. See, the sins of my parents affected me, affected my siblings, affected everybody around us.

Speaker 2:

You don't know how much of an impact that you have being a Christian or a non-Christian and seeing God is calling he, he, he's, he's telling a servants of God, go, get them. Go to the highways and go to the hedges and compel them and tell them I don't care who they are, I don't care if they're, you know, if they smell, I don't care if they're liquored up, bring them to the house of God, he'll. He'll do the rest, he'll heal you, he'll sober you up, he'll take that addiction from you, that that desire you wake up with every, every morning, that I got to get my fix. If I don't get my fix, you know your body starts to shake, you know, or you start getting the sweats. I know what addiction is. I grew up with it, I've had it my own self. You know.

Speaker 2:

I know what it is to be greedy. I know what it is to be lustful. I know what it is to backbite. I know what it is to gossip. But you know God is saying I've forgiven you all. All you have to do is just accept his invitation. His invitation was bought and paid for by the blood of the Lamb, oh, and by the Word. He is the Word and all you have to do is call upon his name, especially these last days. Just this, wherever you're at, just say jesus, and I guarantee you he'll do the rest and and if you want to get saved in a church house, I tell you find your church, find your church, kneel down at the altar, grab a hold of the horns and don't let go. But I tell you what I didn't get of the horns and don't let go. But I tell you what I didn't get saved in the church, it don't matter who you are, I got saved in my own room both times. The second time I got saved in a room I rededicated my life. You guys have heard me testify about it.

Speaker 2:

God is calling his church to the last supper and get just a little bit more deeper. He had a supper with his 12 disciples and right after that he'd give his life for mankind Church. We're in the last days and I feel it in my heart Without any doubt or unbelief. I know God is coming back for his bride. You are his bride. He's prepared a massive table. You know what's funny In Psalms 23,? Not funny, but you know what?

Speaker 2:

In Psalms 23, god said he's prepared a table before us in the presence of our enemies. He's got a spread and a half up there for you right now and everything is on that table and all he's telling you doing. Sally, john, jim, paul, whatever you are, whoever you are, whatever your name is, god has prepared a table before you. If you need healing, deliverance, whatever it may be, he's saying eat, eat and be merry, because, look up, your redemption draweth nigh. He's coming. Folks, oh, I feel it in my heart. Praise the Lord, god Almighty. Glory to God. Praise you, jesus, god is good. God is good, god is good. Folks, I like I said that that's pretty much all I've got to say.

Speaker 2:

And if you're in the local area, or you, you, uh, you want to travel and come to our church, it's, it's located at the cavewood church of god. You can find the information on my podcast, you can can find it on the website. And if you don't want to go through all that and you want to email me, you can message me through Facebook. You know I'll direct you how to get there.

Speaker 2:

We're starting back up Wednesday and I believe in my heart God is going to keep carrying this on because, see, this is the last day. He's telling us to go to the highways and to the hedges that compelled him to come in. We're giving you whoever you are out there listening we're giving you a ticket to heaven. All you got to do is take that ticket and go to the altar and cash it in and God says I'll save you, I'll let you eat from my table. That's all I can. Oh, praise God, praise God, praise God. I thank God, praise God, praise God. I thank God for everything that he has done.

Speaker 2:

Uh, I don't want to keep repeating myself and and uh, I don't want to keep. You know, I can carry on, probably for another hour, and I and um, I want to. Uh, I don't want. If you guys can feel what I'm feeling now, just the pull of my heart, you can feel I wish I could drag you. I'll be honest with you. I wish I can drag you to church.

Speaker 2:

You know there was many a times I sat at the bar or I've sat at. You know, I've sat at a restaurant or I've been at the house. I just wish somebody knock on the door and just tell me off, tell me I need to get in church, beat me in the head, drag me wherever you got to go. But you know what? That ain't how it works. He's done, paid the price. The only thing you got to do is walk to the altar. All you got to do is just grab a hold of the altar and God will do the rest. That's all it is. You don't have to do anything else, you don't? You don't, and uh, and if you're new to the show, I, I, I welcome you and I, I hope you enjoy.

Speaker 2:

You know our show and I, I, I do what I can. You know, uh, I'm not. I don't like to call myself a minister, I don't want to. It's hard, you know, and God is showing me that I am. I'm a minister of God's word. We're all ministers of God's word, female or male. We are all ministers of God's word. God will even use an animal to minister the word if he has to, and he has done it. It's in the Bible. We'll read it, you know.

Speaker 2:

And we need to put aside our religious beliefs and and I'm, I'm talking about, you know, you know our, our little rituals that we do, and and who's right or who's wrong. And it's not about me and it's not about you Vanity, vanity, me, and it's not about you vanity, vanity, all is vanity, says the preacher. I mean it's, it's true, we, we, we, we, we try to put out our, uh, our clothing or our rituals. You know, uh, you know our hand signs. It's not about that. It's accepting jesus and ask them into our heart, preaching Jesus and him crucified Again.

Speaker 2:

It don't matter who you are, male or female, god has called, especially in these last days. He said he'd pour his spirit upon all flesh. His sons and daughters will prophesy. You know what prophesying is? It's evangelizing, it's the preaching of God's word. And we, you know stuff like that makes me angry. I you know, in my, my earlier years as a Christian, you know I went to a holiness church. You know a lot of people know um. You know I went to a snake handling church. I went to a strict clothing church.

Speaker 2:

But it ain't all about that, that's all fine and dandy, that's great if you want to live that, that's your life, if you feel that that's what God has called you to do. But I tell you what? It's not the person next to you. God's done that's telling. God's not telling the person next to you. He's telling you, and only you. If he tells the other person, then he'll tell them. Stop telling him, stop showing him. This is the way, because it's not. There's only one way to Christ. It's not through what you wear, it's not what you get up and you speak in Latin or whatever platform or whatever. It's not all about that, it's all about God. It's all about Jesus and him crucified.

Speaker 2:

I'm going to get carried on here, but I thank God for everything that he has done. God is great, god is good. I thank him. I praise the Lord, I really do. I'm excited and, uh, we've got a couple of guests. It's going to be coming on here shortly with the show. So staying in for, stay tuned in. Uh, here in a couple weeks. I've got a, uh, I've got a few guests that, uh, we're working out some details and and uh, they're going to be telling their testimony and uh, and I'll be honest with you. I think you want to hear them because it's all about it's everything that I've been speaking on the highways into the hedges and those it's sleeping out in the tent. Those it's everything that I've been speaking on the highways into the hedges and knows it's sleeping out in a tent. Those are sleeping in a car and sleeping under the stars and don't have no where to live. These are the people it's coming and these are the people that's going to be telling their testimony. People that you know it's spent majority of their life behind bars. People that spent the majority of their life sitting at a bar stool, running from God, running from the call. You know it's got a testimony where God has brought them from and where he's taken them. God is good. Praise the Lord, glory to God. I thank God for everything. Again, this is your host, jd.

He gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God, doth not be spoken to the world to condemn the world, for that the world of him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned, but he that believeth not is condemned already because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten son of God.
