Abundance Is Coming: When Plowman Meets Reaper
Prepare for divine acceleration as Pastor unveils a season of supernatural restoration through the prophetic words of Amos 9. The atmosphere crackles with expectation as we discover God's promise to "raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen" – not in some distant future, but right now.
Are you feeling surrounded by the enemy who's searching for breaches in your life? This message reveals how God is actively closing those gaps where compromise, doubt, and weakness have created entry points for your adversary. While weapons may form against you, they absolutely will not prosper when you stand in your God-ordained position.
Throughout this electric service, we witness the unveiling of an agricultural metaphor that perfectly captures what's happening spiritually: "The plowman shall overtake the reaper." This unprecedented imagery describes a harvest so abundant that the normal cycles of sowing and reaping are disrupted – workers literally bump into each other because the fields are overflowing with fruit! For anyone who's felt depleted or in lack, this word promises fields filled with abundance.
Perhaps most powerfully, God reveals that blessings will emerge from unexpected places – "the mountains shall drop sweet wine" – from terrain where seeds weren't even planted! This challenges us to expand our expectations and recognize divine provision even when it arrives through unconventional channels or people. Many miss their blessing because it doesn't come packaged as expected, just as many missed recognizing Jesus because He didn't match their expectations of royalty.
As we navigate life's challenges, we're called to become the next "Mount Rushmore of Pentecost" – spiritual landmarks for future generations. The ground is fertile, the altar ignited with fire, and restoration is happening quickly. The question remains: are you positioned to receive this unprecedented outpouring? Join us as we step into continuous productivity and supernatural provision in this new season.
I would like to welcome everyone to the show enjoy and God bless everyone.
Music. Teach me your ways, show me your glory. I want to worship you in spirit and in truth. I want to lift my hand to the Holy of Holies and sing hallelujah in honor of you. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

Speaker 1:Show me your glory. I want to worship you. Have your Bibles with you. Turn with me back quickly.
Speaker 3:I'm going to you, have your Bibles with you, turn with me back quickly. I'm going to hurry, I promise. I know I say that a lot and before we do that, just a lot of things to be praying about, a lot of people to be praying for. Just be praying that God knows all the needs and just be praying one for another. I want to tell everybody the 24-hour prayer July the 18th, 5 pm until July the 19th, 5 pm. See Sister Georgina in the sound booth to sign up for one hour. I love that because it reminds me when Jesus asked His disciples could you not pray with me, even for an hour? So I believe these prayer meetings that we've been having is what has helped usher in revival. And so see her. That will be July the 18th at 5 until July the 19th at 5 pm. That's a little different than usual, but that's what it is. What day of the week is that? Friday into Saturday, so see her for that. Also, leanne's not here. She had to go pick up Leacate today. There's that. And she said if you ordered a shirt, the Lace Up your Boots shirt. They are in the nursery and you're welcome to get it and check off on it. And if you haven't paid yet, scan that code there in the lobby and pay through PayPal, or pay Monica, who is not here either. So don't pay me, wait and pay Monica. Or scan the code there in the lobby and pay through that. So there's all of that.
Speaker 3:Let's get right into the word of God. It's good to see you. There's a lot of vacationing going on and that's great. I'm so glad that people have an opportunity to go on vacation. Do that If you get a chance, every chance you get. Do that. Now, if you're on vacation and the Lord lays it on your heart to come to church anyway and just so happens to fill you in the Holy Ghost because you did, that's all right too. Amen. So sometimes vacations get cut short, but anyway, if you're at all able, go on vacation.
Speaker 3:I'm going to try to jump right back in here. Amos, chapter 9, verse number 11. I didn't get very far. I've been trying to preach this one for about two weeks now and I want to see how far I can get in this. Amos, chapter 9, verse 11.
Speaker 3:You can remain seated, because this has just been a little different. Normally we'll stand for the reading of the Word and we're not going to stop doing that. We're going to continue to do that, but not today, just because I don't know. Uh, I just don't know what we're, where we're going or what we're doing. But, like I always say, I don't know what, where I'm at or what I'm doing or where I'm going, but I'm having a good time doing it.
Speaker 3:Um, in that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen? It has to be risen up because the Bible tells us that when Jesus returns, he's returning as the seed of David. So we know that has to happen. And in that day I will raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen and close up the breaches thereof, and I will raise up his ruins. Just stay right there a minute and I will build it as in the days of old. So he says he's going to, in that day, he's going to raise up the tabernacle of David and he's going to close up the breaches, and he's going to raise up the ruins and he's going to build it as in the days of old.
Speaker 3:I just want somebody to know that God is getting ready. I shared this with you last week. But I want somebody to know that God is getting ready. I shared this with you last week, but I want to remind you again this week and maybe you wasn't here so I need to tell you again, or maybe you were here and you just forgot and you need reminded. But either way, I just want somebody to know that God is raising you up and God is restoring you and God is closing up the gaps. God is closing the holes where the enemy tries to find a loophole and the enemy tries to find a way in. Whether it is a breach or whether it is a compromise, or whether it is a gap or whether it is a hole in your theology or in your daily life that the enemy is walking around trying to find a way in. I'm afraid that in 2025, there are more ways in than there ever has been before.
Speaker 3:Amen, we welcome sometimes I feel like we welcome the enemy into the situation. We welcome the enemy into our homes, whether it be through our phones or whether it be through our computers or our laptops or our tablets of some sort. Amen, we allow leeway for the enemy to come in and I believe that God is raising up a people that is going to close the gaps so that the enemy can't get in. You see, the enemy is encamping. He's walking around and encircling the Kaywood Church of God. I came one hair of not going live today because I feel like I need to preach to this particular people today amen, but, but. But we're live anyway. So if the shoe fits, amen, wear it.
Speaker 3:I feel like that the enemy has his entourage encamped around about the Kaywood Church of God. Whether it be the building physically, or your individual lives. I feel like the enemy is looking for a way in. He's looking for a loophole. The good news is he's not welcome in this place. He can't come. I rebuke. The Bible says draw nigh to God and he will draw nigh to you. The Bible says we can rebuke him and put him on his way. I declare today that there's not a devil in hell.
Speaker 3:That is welcome in this place. As a matter of fact, I'm just looking for some people that'll say Pastor, I'm tired of playing defense, I'm ready to play some offense, I'm ready to R-A-Z-E, I'm ready to raise hell, I'm ready to storm the gates of hell and tear down everything that the enemy has tried to build against me. Nobody wants to hear that that word R-A-Z-E means to tear down. It's time to raise hell. It's time to raise hell. R-a-z-e, tear it down. It is time to raise hell. R-a-z-e, tear it down. It is time to tear down hell and every lie and every deceptive trap and every trick and every doubt and every device, every weapon of warfare.
Speaker 3:Aren't you glad the Bible says amen, that the weapons of our warfare? They're not. Aren't you glad that the Bible says the weapon may be formed but it won't prosper? I came to tell somebody needs to take this home today. The weapon has been formed against your home, against your children, against your family. The weapon has been formed, but I came to declare to you today it shall not prosper. It shall not prosper. It shall not prosper. It shall not prosper. It'll be formed. It'll be formed, but it shall not prosper. You just need to run with that, because when we lock arms, listen to me.
Speaker 3:When we lock arms number one, he's going to think twice about even coming against you. But if he can find a compromise with the chain, if he can find a weak link, oh, there's no time for weak links. You get me right now, you hear me right now, don't you leave this. There's no time for weak links. There's no time to give place to the devil. And there's no time to give place to the devil. And there's no time to be weak.
Speaker 3:I'm not saying you won't get weak in the spirit. I'm not saying you won't get weak in the flesh. I'm not saying that the enemy won't try to take you out and make you so weak that you don't think you can stand. But that's when you need to lean on the link to your left and lean on the link to your right, because when you're linked with the right kind of links, it makes you stronger, it'll be formed, but it won't prosper. So while the enemy's looking for breaches, god is raising us up in the ruins, in the rubble.
Speaker 3:12., 12. They that may possess the remnant of Edom, of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith, the Lord that doeth this, now hold on a minute. So let me I don't even know where. Help me, jesus, amen. So long before the time y'all gonna have to, let me preach this so I can get it out. Y'all know how they get up here and sing. I gotta praise and I gotta let it out. I got a sermon and I gotta let it out. Y I've got a sermon and I've got to let it out.
Speaker 3:Y'all get me sidetracked sometimes I could preach on. It'll be built, it'll be formed, but it won't prosper. I could preach that for three weeks and I've got to tell you one more time. I've got to tell you he knows where you live, he knows your physical address, he knows where you work, he knows where you live, he knows your physical address, he knows where you work, he knows everything about you. He'll form it, but it won't prosper Because right, wrong or neither you are where God put you In every facet of life. You are in your God-ordained place. Me and my son had a good little father-son moment this week. I'm not going to drop names, but we always, we always talk and we always come to an understanding that.
Speaker 3:I'm right, don't we? Sure? You see, they hired him and one of his buddies, another principal's son, for summer work. Well, I got a summer list of summer work. He came in the other day. I said I'm going to need you to do this. He said well, what's that one doing? Another one of the folks in my building. I said, son, your mouth will block your blessing, because we all feel like to some extent, you can either help me or not. This might end the revival right now. I may bring it to an abrupt end right now, because to some extent, we all feel like that we have been sworn in and duly placed as the fair police.
Speaker 2:Right.
Speaker 3:Right, it's got to be fair. No, when you took that oath or signed that document, you signed to do your assignment and not somebody else's. I realize I wasn't born last night, although I may have been born at night, it wasn't last night. But I had to learn the hard way, brother Paul, that sometimes it's not fair. But favor, favor ain't either.
Speaker 3:So if you're told to take the spray foam and wipe the windows, you know what I'd do. I'm talking to everybody in the room. I'm off him now. I'm talking to everybody else. I'd get me the nicest rag. Anybody know what a rag is. Don't look at me like you don't know what a rag is.
Speaker 3:Your righteousness is a rag. Anybody know what a rag is? Don't look at me like you don't know what a rag is. Your righteousness is a rag. My righteousness is a rag. I know we think we somebody and we're some pedigree, some Pentecostal pedigree I got new. Your righteousness is rag. You're a rag, I'm a rag, we're all a rag.
Speaker 3:Get the nicest rag you can find. If you're left handed, you take that spray foam and you spray that foam with the anointing of the Holy Ghost because you may be wiping windows today. I said you may be wiping windows today. I said you might be wiping, but if you're too busy wandering, oh, that'll preach Get to wiping and stop wandering, amen. What everybody else is doing, why don't they have to? Why don't she have to? Why don't him? I don't know about them. All I know is God told me what to do and I'm going to do it with them, because your mouth can block your blessing.
Speaker 3:Man. I was going to go there so I would have the nicest rag cloth whatever you want to call it. It's a rag Oil up, oil up your anointed finger. You spray every window and you wax on and wax off to where they're the cleanest. Those windows have been since 1966, when they cut the ribbon and said it's open for business. Let somebody say I've never seen these windows, these windows, amen. I've never seen them so clean in my life. How did they get clean? What happened? I'll tell you what happened. There's a great big eye in the sky that's watching to see if you're operating where you've been placed with. I'm telling you, I don't care what it is. How do you operate in excellence, right where you are?
Speaker 1:Be the best garbage taker outer, come on.
Speaker 3:So stop letting your mouth block the blessing.
Speaker 3:Well, I don't even know who talks like that. I guess me when I'm mad. Well, so and so's not. That ain't none of your business what they do. It's your business to operate on your plot of land. Because the same David that danced before the Lord with all of his might and shouted Harlan County, kaywood, shout. I like to think he's jumping up and down. I like to think he's wringing his hands and shaking his head. I like to think he was under the anointing of heaven's Holy Ghost Because the presence of God was in the room.
Speaker 3:The presence of God was back in Jerusalem. The presence of God was headed back to the tabernacle. You let the presence of God get in back to the tabernacle, the presence. You let the presence of God get in your car and you'll dance. You let the presence of God get in your house and you'll shout. You let the presence of God get in your cubicle and you'll give God the glory, amen.
Speaker 3:The same David, the same David that danced before the Lord with all of his might, is the same David that danced before the Lord with all of his might. Is the same David that wasn't waiting on the promotion. Dr Ray HU says if you're waiting on a promotion. It'll never come. The same David that danced, the same David that was appointed king but didn't look like one Amen. The same David whose outward appearance didn't appear kingly.
Speaker 3:And when Samuel came to anoint the new king went down the line of David's brothers, the first one he saw. He said oh, this is the one, seven foot tall muscles, got that chiseled chin line. Come on, anybody. Thank God for filters, I'm like that, ain't you? I done went and saw you Sunday at church. That ain't you? You went to a plastic surgeon sometime between Selfie Sunday and Selfie Monday.
Speaker 3:Samuel thought for sure he found him. But the Lord said I didn't choose that. I didn't choose this. Look it up. Didn't even call him a. Him Called him. Choose this, look it up. Didn't even call him a. Him Called him a this. That's bad when the Lord calls you a. This Read it. Didn't even refer to him as a human. I didn't choose this. Goes on down the line. Well, if that ain't it, then my God, this one has to be it. I didn't choose this or this or this. On down the line until they're gone. Now here's bad boys, when your daddy don't even believe in you.
Speaker 3:Jesse didn't even put David in the lineup. Jesse kept him hid out back in the desert minding his own business. As a matter of fact, david didn't even know there was an appointment getting ready to happen. David just knew I got it. You got any more? Well, I got one. Where's he at? He's tending to the sheep. Guess who was anointed and appointed as the king? The one taking care of the sheep? The one looking after the sheep, not the one in the gym pumping iron, drinking his protein and doing all of the regimen. No, he was out in the desert, on the backside of it, no less, tending to the sheep, and God saw him.
Speaker 3:Here's what blows my mind About this. Right here, go back to verse. Can you go back to verse 10? I'm sorry, I didn't even give you 10. Don't even fool with it. I'm going to read it, listen, listen, listen, listen.
Speaker 3:This is verse, verse 10. Here's what it says all the sinners of my people shall die by the sword. Which say the evil shall not overtake nor prevent us. We go from, we go from judgment to verse 11. This says In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that has fallen and closed up the breaches thereof, and I will raise up his ruins and I will build it in the days of old. It goes from judgment to restoration, just like that. It goes from judgment to restoration, just like that Hold on.
Speaker 3:The transition from verse 10 to verse 11 is as surprising as any in the entire book. The sword of judgment gives way to the trowel of reconstruction. What's that mean? It is now declared that the season of the divine judgment is not revenge. But the only way in divine judgment is not revenge, but the only way in which it is possible to usher in a restored order on which the heart of God is set is through. Sometimes we need judgment to open our eyes, that we need restoration, that we need restoration.
Speaker 3:Sometimes God has to spank us. Anybody ever got a spanking? Amen, anybody ever? The Lord ever spanked you? The spanking or the chestning is not to destroy you but to restore you. God said He'll take the ruined and restore it, the ransacked and rebuild it. There will be times you look around, sister Gayla, and it's all in shambles and you don't even know where to start. Who am I talking to today? It's so bad, you don't even know where to start, so bad you don't even know where to start. But God is taking the ransacked and he's restoring it. He's rebuilding it. It may take a moment. You may not like the process, but there is a process. Sometimes we have to go through 13. Because the days are coming. The days are not coming. The days are here. Get this, the days are not coming. The days are here. Get this, the days are here. The days are here.
Speaker 3:During this revival, god has sent me to at least three, maybe more, and I don't know what it means and I don't know where it came from until now. And he's told me to tell him that the things he's getting ready to do is going to happen quickly, so fast that you're not going to even know what hit you or where it came from. And I believe, as a collective body in this building today, I believe that God is doing things quickly. I believe that God is doing signs and miracles and wonders. I believe healing has been administered in this place. Shoot my God. I believe restoration has taken place. I feel like Brother Steve some people that were down for the count and the referee called the devil was getting ready to get to 10 and God swooped in and lifted you up and picked you up and restored you and reformed you and lift you up. The days are here.
Speaker 3:The plowman shall overtake the reaper and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed. The plowman will catch up with the reaper. Listen to me. The plowman in Israel, who starts in October, will have to wait for the reaper, who should have been finished in May. No, no, you're not getting this. The crops are going to be so abundant. No, no, no, no. I need somebody to grab a hold of this. You've been in want, you've been in need, you have felt depleted.
Speaker 3:God says I'm getting ready to put a harvest in your field where the grapes are going to be so big and they're going to be. No, no, no, no. I don't just need a hand clap, I need somebody to get it, I need you to get it right down. There's no more lack. There's no more lack. God is getting ready to fill your field with abundance.
Speaker 3:Look here, look here the plowman who starts in October. They're having to wait because the reaper, who should have been done five months ago, four or five months ago, he should have already been done. He should have already reaped the grapes, he should have already had them put in, have already reaped the grapes. He should have already had them put in the basket and put in the storehouse, but the plowman in October is having to wait because the harvest has been so plentiful. Applause, applause, applause, applause, applause, applause, applause, applause. I can't even get it out. Stand up there, brock, step out there. He's still gathering. The grapes Brother should have been done four or five months ago, because I got a job to do in.
Speaker 3:October.
Speaker 1:And I'm having to wait on him.
Speaker 3:I could either blame it on him being slow, lazy. Come on, did it ever occur to you that he ain't slow and he ain't lazy? Did it ever occur to you that the blessing that God has for him is greater than his baskets can hold? Amen, that's why he said the fields are ready, but the Laborers, the reapers, are few. Somebody Just wants the blessing Of the harvest, but they don't want to work the field. They don't want to work. They want to bust up in here on Sunday morning and say dump it. Oh man, when they've not done a club, nothing in the field. Oh, we clone. Well, I pray. Give him a cookie. He prayed, you're supposed to pray. I read the Bible whoop-de-doo. What's that got to do with the field? That's for your own good.
Speaker 3:I went to church. Everybody needs to download Charles Johnson and the Revivers. Let's all get together and let's have church. Somebody find that on YouTube. Listen to it on your way home. I'll probably see you on the new road running. I made JC listen to it. Yesterday we had church, anyway. Anyway, what I worshipped and I'm going to quote Howard Farmer on this one my grandfather would always say you owe it to your soul to worship God. So the grape harvest in July will find the culturalist planting new vines into the ground broken by the long-delayed plowman. So now you got the ones in July, now having to wait on the plowman because the plowman's having to wait, the plowman because the plowman's having to wait. You got the one sowing seed, who can't sow the seed because the ground hasn't been plowed and the ground can't be plowed because the doggone reaper ain't got no help ain't got no help reaping the harvest.
Speaker 3:So if the reaper can't get done, the plowman can't do his job and the seed sower can't do. I didn't tell you to go to your seat, go stand right next to him. I didn't tell you to go to your seat, go stand right next to him. So we're all bumping into each other. He's about to get mad and try to knock me down and if that happens, you're going to see a full-fledged Hulk Hogan-Andre the Giant fight. I'm going to get my change to be a wrestler. So the reaper and the plowman and the seed sower are bumping into each other because the fields are so full. That's happening here and now. We can't get them out of the altar and in the baptistry, no faster than God's filling them in the Holy Ghost and God's calling them and anointing them, because the reaper and the plowman and the seed sower are bumping into each other. Stay there, boys. This is good. There will be continuous productivity.
Speaker 3:Somebody say continuous productivity in the fields. Your sons and your daughters, your aunts and your uncles, your husbands and your wives, your mamas and your daddies, your husbands and your wives, your mamas and your daddies, your neighbors and your co they're going to come by the droves. I said they're coming by the oh no, no, no, it's not, it's already here. You might as well get ready, you might as well be on the lookout. It's happening, baby. It's happening Before you you call them in the altar, before they get here. It's happening, it's happening, it's happening. Continuous Productivity. There will be people who try to hinder, and they sometimes wear suits and ties. Wear suits and ties.
Speaker 3:We all the time give the orange jumpsuit people a hard way to go. Those are the harvest, but the enemy has to try to stop continuous productivity, because the land will be so productive that the farmer will have to wait on the reaper to finish before he can sow again. It's going to be so much that before the farmer can continue sowing the seed, there's still grapes on the vine. Because we can't. I'm really about to help you right here in a minute. I'm really about to help you here in just a minute. You stick with me for just a couple minutes. I'm really about to help you here in just a second. I'm really about to help you here in just a second. We're there. The day is here. Well, I don't feel it. I can tell you why. Why you? Why I loved what our Sunday school teacher said this morning concerning Job, in chapter 42, the very last chapter. Even Job, perfect and upright, one who feared God and shewed evil. Even Job said in my own words in chapter 1, I heard how good you were. But in chapter 42, what did he say? Brother Brett, I see how good you are. You're getting ready to transition From hearing about how good he is. You're about to see how good he is you about to see how good he is? Even Job, perfect, upright, feared God, shooed evil. He heard how good he was, but he hadn't really seen it until chapter 42, when God says I'm going to give you 14,000 sheep, 6,000 camel, 1,000 yoke of oxen, 1,000 donkey, seven more sons and three more daughters. Now I see how good you are. You get, oh, you're getting ready to see it. I feel a church of God shall ride down in my eyes. You're about to see it? Amen, the grapes will hang. Yeah, stay right there. The grapes will hang so heavy Look at that last line and the mountains shall drop sweet wine and all the hills shall melt. Let me tell you something. Let me tell you something. Let me tell you where they didn't sow seed On the mountains. Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho. Hold on a minute. How will the mountains drop sweet wine when the seeds wasn't even planted on the mountains? Because what God has for you, when the seeds wasn't even planted on the mountains, because what God has for you is coming from unexpected places they didn't expect to see the wine dropping from the mountain. They didn't expect to see the hills to melt, because they didn't normally plant the grapes on the mountains. But when God gets ready, what he has for you is coming from unexpected places, and don't you reject it because it didn't come in the package you were looking for. Amen, not only can your mouth block your blessing, but the fact that you've got this preconceived notion on how God's going to bring it and you miss it because it didn't come the way you thought it should.
Speaker 3:The Savior of the world, jesus Christ, the Son of the living God, didn't come. They were looking for the Messiah page. They were looking for the King of kings and the Lord of lords. They were looking for somebody in a kingly robe. They were looking for somebody wearing a dyed-dim crown. They were looking for somebody riding a white stallion damn crown. They were looking for somebody riding a white stallion. And here comes this lowly man in tattered garments, riding on a borrowed donkey, wearing a crown of thorns. That's why they did not accept him Because he didn't come wrapped up in the package that they were looking for. Because he didn't come wrapped up in the package that they were looking for.
Speaker 3:What are you going to do when God brings you a word from somebody that don't dress like you? What are you going to do when God brings you a word from somebody that's from a different denomination than you, somebody that's from a different denomination than you, what are you going to do? When it happened to me and a woman spoke in tongues, looking all kinds of like what a church of God woman back in that day didn't look like, and God gave the interpretation. God can't do that. Look at her. God don't speak through that. Look at her. You know how preachers were judged back in the day by their wives.
Speaker 3:I had a church ask my grandmother to take her hair down so that they could see if it had been cut or not before they would vote him in. Barely had a high school education, but in her wisdom her reply was if you can't take my word for it, no, I'm not taking my hair down. Number one nobody asked her or any of those hers that went to Clement or Esther once a week to take their hair down. That was the cardinal sin. It wasn't just that easy. There was a whole can of Aquanet and 5,000 bobby pins. Sister Farmer, we can't do your cat scan with your bobby pins in. She said well, I guess you won't be doing my cat scan, to which she said, no, I will not take my hair down. If you can't take my word for it, then we don't need to be your pastors. That's the church of God I was brought up in.
Speaker 3:Now, you can imagine when somebody not looking like that talked in tongues and God was telling me the interpretation and I was fighting it. Why? Because it didn't come in the package I thought it should. God will bring things in unexpected places Through unexpected people in unexpected places, through unexpected people in unexpected ways. Hey God, just send it to me. I want the reaper and the plowman and the sower to bump into one another once again.
Speaker 3:Oh, I'm closing. Who's playing? Run, hallelujah See's playing? Run, hallelujah See. Hooray, the grapes will hang so heavy in the mountain vineyards that the hills will drip and flow with new wine. So much juice will drip from the vines and overflow from the vats. It'll be a super abundant harvest. When God releases blessing and restorations, fruit comes quickly. Do you hear me? It's coming quickly. It's coming quickly. It's coming quickly. Oh, preacher, here there's that voice again. Whoever talks in my head talks like that. You boys can sit down, sit down. You're telling your people that they're getting blessings and they're going to think that God is nothing but a God of blessing You've been around me long enough to know that it is not all prosperity, it's not all good times and great times, but I do believe the day is here.
Speaker 3:I do believe that the blessing of restoration is coming quickly. I do believe that, although the plowman and the reaper labored separately, but here they bump into each other, so abundant are the crops and so eager is the land to grow more. Listen to me right there, to grow more. Listen to me Right there. We're standing on holy ground and I believe this ground is so fertile and ready that, no quicker than we can reap the harvest, there's going to grow up another harvest. I believe it's going to happen so quickly that as one generation dies off, there's going to be another generation on its heels.
Speaker 3:Oh, I've got a Mount Rushmore of Pentecost. I've got a Mount Rushmore of Pentecost. I've got Pentecostal figures in my life that if there were a Mount Rushmore, it'd be more than four or five presidents, it'd be several. My Mount Rushmore of Pentecost would have my grandparents who pastored from Paducah to Pikeville and everywhere in between. On my Mount Rushmore of Pentecost would be my Sunday school teacher, who prayed with me in this very altar that I'd receive Jesus as my Lord and Savior and taught me everything there was to know about Pentecost and about holy living and about the Holy Ghost On Mount Rushmore of Pentecost just in the last few weeks have passed away.
Speaker 3:There would be Sister Ruby Spurlock on my Mount Rushmore Pentecost, who taught me in that basement as a little boy what it meant to be a child of God. On my Mount Rushmore Pentecost would be Jimmy Swaggart. Love him or hate him, amen. Don't you dare judge him over a couple things. He did wrong, because if you do, you need to head to the bathroom, look in the mirror and judge yourself, because God is a forgiving God and the man kept carrying the blood-stained banner until he died at 90 years old.
Speaker 3:On my Mount Rushmore of Pentecost would be my mama, brother Jason, when I walked into that apartment on June the 4th and there lied the lifeless body of the one who held me in the good times and in the bad times, my defender when I was right, even when I was wrong, but would take me to a room off to myself and say you ever do that again, I'll kill you. Y'all were singing a song a while ago and it said something about an orphan and you know the enemy has tried to tell me since my daddy and my mama both are gone that I'm now an orphan. But, brother Brock, until the funeral home got there, I got down in the floor and I wrapped my arms around her and I held her like she held me, and I know she was gone and it was just a body, but it helped me to say I'm sorry.
Speaker 1:Hold on a minute.
Speaker 3:I'll see all my friends in Hallelujah Square. What a wonderful time we'll all have up there. We'll sing and praise Jesus, his glory to share, and I'll see.
Speaker 1:In.
Speaker 3:Hallelujah Square. I said I'll see you when I get there. And I got up and I said well, my Mount Rushmore of Pentecost are all gone. Now it's time for us to be somebody's Mount Rushmore of Pentecost. What do you mean? I mean, we cannot let the Spirit of God leave the building. We can program it, we can choreograph it, but there's something different. There's something different about it when the Holy Ghost comes in the room and takes over.
Speaker 3:So I believe, and I'm not done because y'all won't let me. I believe, just real quickly, verse 15. Verse 15. 14 and 15. 15 I'm sorry, go back to 14. Let me read them both and I'm going to turn you loose. And I will bring again the captivity of my people, israel, and they shall build the waste cities and inhabit them, and they shall plant vineyards and drink the wine thereof. They shall also make gardens and eat the fruit of them, and I will plant them upon their land and they shall no more be pulled out. Make gardens and eat the fruit of them, and I will plant them upon their land and they shall no more be pulled out of their land, which I have given them.
Speaker 3:Saith the Lord, thy God, let me say this God promised to plant the people in their land. I'm going to close you with this. He promised to prosper the land and to prosper the people. No, no, no, no. You don't have to. You don't, you don't have to run here, there and everywhere. I'm not, I repeat, I'm not building a platform, I'm not building a name or a kingdom. All I want and all I've ever wanted as a 16-year-old boy to 46 years old, all I've ever wanted was to see God's kingdom advance and grow. And the time is now that the ground is so fertile, the place is so anointed and set apart, the altar is so ignited with fire. Ignited with fire that the blessings God has for you are coming quickly, quickly. Quickly Because there will be continuous productivity.
Speaker 1:Hallelujah.
